1. Acceptance of Terms

By deploying or using the CIPTER-MD engine, you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software. You can view the official open-source license here: LICENSE.md.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the bot in compliance with WhatsApp's official Terms of Service. You are strictly prohibited from using the bot for:

• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
• Distributing malicious content or malware
• Harassing or violating the rights of others

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

We provide only the source code. Your server (VPS) and database (MongoDB) are managed by you. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The author (sh4lu_z) is not responsible for any account bans or damages caused by the use of this software.

4. Code Obfuscation & Transparency

The source code is obfuscated solely to protect the author's intellectual property. The author (sh4lu_z) guarantees that the code is completely free of viruses or malware. Users who wish to verify this are encouraged to host the bot on a local PC and inspect the network logs.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace this EULA at any time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
